Why doesn’t the neti pot work for me?!?
I’ve tried using a neti pot to clear my irritating sinuses. I added a half teaspoon of salt to body temperature water, tilted my head all the way to the side, poured the water… and then immediately started coughing and sputtering! The water just goes straight up, like when you’re at the beach and you get tumbled by a big wave! It’s awful, what am I doing wrong?
Tilt your chin upward..and calmly breath out of your mouth…it really does work I love it..especially after being outside with all this pollen…good luck
