If You Bake a CAKE in a 8×8 square glass pan….?
how long do you bake it? On the package, it says two 8″ rounds for 26-31. If I just use one 8×8, how long should I bake it….or is that a bad idea?
it`s not a bad idea i`ve tried it an it does work .time the cake from t time u put in the oven until about 45mins after that or until a scewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.it will take a longer time because the size of the pan compared to the mixture does not allow for quick expansion which makes the air circulate throughout the mixture much faster therefore reducing the cooking time. so go ahead and have fun baking just don`t fall asleep and forget about it.
