i want to buy my girlfriend a soldering gun so she can make wire art easily, where should i look for one?
Are soldering guns often used in wire art/craft and where should i get one? I am looking to spend about 100 dollars. thanks.
You will need to buy something more that just a soldering gun. They are not all that expensive. If she is using it for sculpture simply go to the hardware store. If she is making jewelry a torch might be more appropriate. A propane torch would be a good place to start if this is new for her. Again the hardware store. If it is a soldering iron you decide on you could add solder and sand paper. Pliers and a hammer would also be good choices. Do not buy the” cute little ones” if you buy pliers they can damage your hands. I hope that this was helpful.
