why do I get cracks in glass slumping molds?

Am I heating to fast because my mold cracks.
I have an even heat studio8 kiln.Tabletop.

Heating too fast is an almost certainty. You may also have damp molds. You might try preheating them in a 4-500 degree household oven. Are you painting them with kiln wash/separator and not drying them enough? You might contact the people who make the mold material or the molds and ask them about heating rate – degrees per minute
