can you find pieces of tiles to use in a mosaic that are already broken up in square shapes? BEST ANSWER FAST!?

No not pre broken although you can get some sheet mounted prebroken tile done this way. Florida tile had a line they used to do this as a insert ans deco liner. .
Not broken tile as you discribe will come out square.
You can do this yourself easily with care taken to hone the sharp edges caused by breaking tiles and making them yourselves to make a rubble pattern.
