Should I stop using Crest Pro Health?
Well I was reading some Q and A’s and I saw that Crest Pro Health stains your teeth? Is this seriously true? I use Crest Pro health mouthwash for night(even though I use it every time i brush)and I use Colgate Total Whitening Toothpaste
Any Suggestions?
You’re probably right about Crest Pro Health, and to be honest you should stay away from any toothpaste that has fluoride in it (contrary to what mainstream media and dentists will tell you of course). Fluoride (a form of rat poison) is the leading cause for staining teeth and weakening enamel. But don’t just take my word for it, check it out for yourself.

As an alternative I use baking soda in a little bit of water and although it tastes a little weird at first, you get used to it. Your mouth will not only feel cleaner than it ever has but it will be at it’s whitest and your enamel will be at it’s strongest.
