fish oil and it’s benefits- what are they & does it help to take prior to going to the gym?
I’ve “herd” that it does (but then again that was from the tech that came to upgrade my PC from Windwos Vista to Windows 7, and I noticed that the dude has man boobs jaja!, so I don’t trust his werd fully)
So anyways, would it be a good idea to take a fish oil pill prior to going to te gym as I do on most days and why?
u do not really have to take it before a workout…. as long as u take your fish oils during the day..
but it helps the joints because of the essential oils.. and it helps your metabolism burn fat because it has essential fats
and it is also good for the brain
so tht would be why its good before workout… joint support/ metabolism boost
