Turtle Beach X1 Headset only working on one side. How do I fix it?
My Turtle Beach X1 headset is playing the game volume out of only the left side. I’ve already tested the headset on my PC and concluded that the headset is the problem, not my RCA cords or my xbox connection. So I know that my headset is broken, I was wondering if anyone knew an “at-home” fix-it solution. Thanks in advance.
If you tried it on your PC and only one side is working, then there’s something wrong with the headset. Contact support@turtlebeach.com and they’ll help you get it fixed.
