Morton Layout
How much would something like this cost? What is YOUR advice?

I am interested in building a classy yet rustic barn for my training operation and out west and have a few “needs” in the building. I’ll put them below. Also, I am aware that this is SUPER expensive and am prepared to pay the price (whether it be 2+ million).

10+ 12 x 12 stalls
2 wash stalls
bathroom
feed room
tack room
laundry room (attatched to tack)
office
hay loft and downstairs storage
upstairs apartment (kitchen, bath, etc.)
stairs leading to second floor

I have a basic idea of a floorplan layout, but need some ideas as to the price (I am interested in Morton barns) and anything I am missing. Thanks for your help!

What it would cost depends on land prices and materials, both of which depend greatly on your location.

If you had 2+million dollars to spend on your fantasy barn you would be consulting with Realtors, contractors, land developers, local zoning departments officials, etc.-NOT Y!A.

Keep dreaming the dream though.
