How do they make those little chocolate eggs hollow?
Do they make two sides and fuse the together? ‘cuz that seems like a lot of work to save a little chocolate. Do they have some kind of special mold and coat the side of it with chocolate? I need to know this.
they have two small half “Eggshells” and put chocolate in each of them, just a thin layer and wait for it to dry a bit. then they use some sort of liquid to keep the pieces together and so they stick together, you know..?
