How do you make your makeup look good without putting eyeliner on your waterline?
They say it’s bad to put eyeliner on your waterline, but if I don’t put it there then my makeup looks sucky. How can I still make it look good while not putting it on my waterline? Or is it OK if I do?
I don’t know who “they” is but they don’t know what there saying. Eyeliner is perfectly fine to put onto your waterline, if it wasn’t then there would be no eyeliner on the market.
