Really, really want flawless skin!?
Ok so I’m asian(brown), and have uneven toned skin. Some areas are dry and others are oily. Um… I have these dark and light spots on my face and bumps all over my face (I think their whiteheads) and large pores. I don’t want to go out and buy any products. I have a blackhead gel cleasner, a exfoliating scrub, and overnight blemish treatment. I would like to know a good homemade treatment that’ll make my face flawless. And also what foods should I always eat.
Can anyone suggest a daily routine I should stick to. Also I have a treadmill and was wondering how much excersise should I get from a treadmill(how much calories). And at night before going to bed, should I apply mostrizer or not?
I had the same problem. Combination skin is the worst to work with. I used Retin-A, which is a acne treatment…which works like a peel and your skin feels brand new after you use it. I went to supersavermeds.com and purchased two tubes for about $40.00..my problem skin has been gone forever. You need to use sunscreen, a 45-75SPF will do..it is very important to you use sunscreen when your skin is exposed to direct sunlight. I made a mask about 2 days ago for more glowing skin…1 banana, 2tsp yogurt, and 1tsp honey…make sure it doesn’t become to runny because then it won’t stick on your face.
Also, use Cetaphil cleanser to wash your face..i use Lubriderm sensitive skin lotion on my face because it doesn’t clog pores, moisturizes, and doesn’t keep skin oily.
I exercise a lot and have noticed that my face looks a lot more healthier when I keep working out. I do cardio for about 30 mins and then do weights on my thighs..then I do different sets of crunches, side crunches and sit ups.Just put in about an hour a day or every other day…you’ll get used to it. I also take Biotin, which you can find in the vitamin isle at your local grocery store..it’s a vitamin that keeps your skin, nails and hair healthy. After you work out..make sure you wash your sweat off if you’re not going to take a shower immediately, because the sweat can clog pores VERY quick.
