Grip Cutter
How do you throw a slider? Also a 12-6 curveball?

I am turning 14 and I need help with the pitches mentioned above. I know a knuckle curve, 4 seam, 2 seam, and somewhat changeup. Anyway, pretty much all I need to know is how to grip and throw the slider and 12-6. If a cutter is better, than tell me the cutter; not slider. Thanks
