i used windows xp-2
my one file on desktop “deco_sagar glass.xls” i right click the file..click properties, then click advanced, n then click encrypt the file..
now when i select the icon of this file or other file save on my desktop, my pc gonna hang..
i try to delete this file from dos..
c:decuments and settingsadmindesktopdel deco_sagar glass.xls
bt i cant succeed ..
this file ‘s name’s character in green color..
plzzz help mee what can i do….

plzz point to be noted:
when i select this file my pc gonna hang…
1st change file extensions and delete file.
For changing extensions follow this steps
1) open my computers
2) click tools options
3) click “folder option”
4) go to view tab
5) unmarked ” Hind extensions for known file types ”
6) click ok
go to the file and change file extension –> ( “deco_sagar glass.xls” change into “deco_sagar glass.123″ )
and delete.
