Runescape Quest-In aid of Myreque?
im stuck on a part in this quest where i have to make a rod. i have the mithril bar, steel bar, sapphire, and rod clay mould for this step. i use steel bar on furnace an it says i need a cannonball mould to make cannonballs. i use mithril bar on furnace and it doesn’tt even say nothing interesting happenes, it doesn’t say ANYTHING. i use rod clay mould on furnace and it does say nothing interesting happenes.
if you’d like to help me, please don’t report me like the last person did, lol. also, im using these items on port phasmatys furnace, is there a certain furnace i should use it on? also, if i need something else please let me know. heres the step im on to help clarrify a little more: note: words i put in caps are red on quest journal
I’ve used some clay on IVADIS’ coffin lid where the ROD has been fused solid. The clay hardened to make a MOULD of the ROD.

Now find a furnace with a Mithril bar, Silver bar and a cut Sapphire in your inventory. Use either the Mithril or Silver Bar on the furnace to make a ‘Silvthrill rod’. Cast ‘Enchant level 1 Jewelry’ on it and head back to the Temple where Drezel is. Head through the gate past Drezel into a larger room. With a rope in your inventory, use the ‘Silvthrill rod’ with the well in the center of the room and you will get a ‘Rod of Ivandis(10)’ Head back to the hideout in the basement of the Burgh de Rott Pub and give the Rod to Veliaf.
