Fusing Kit

Fusing Kit
Which amp wiring kit would be best?

I’m going to be running a JL Audio 300/2 amp to MB Quart QSC 216 Speakers at 150W X 2 and I’m wondering which kit would be best. I assume 8 ga. is the best choice for that but the problem is I’m planning on buying an alpine type-r sub and pushing it with 500w using the JL Audio 500/1 sometime in the next few months. I guess I should get a 1000W 4 ga. 2-channel kit then? The 300/2 has a fuse rating of 40A, and the the 500/1 has a rating of 50A. This would work well with a 100A fuse, but is it ok to use the 100A fuse with just the 300/2 until I get the 500/1 as well? Heres the kit I’m looking at:

Any help would be appreciated.
Or maybe buying an 8-gauge for now, and buying a 4-gauge and extra 8-gauge with a power distribution block when I get the sub would be better?

check out walmart..

I have used the following for almost 3 years, paid $30 for it..

Running a 750 watt kicker amp and 1000 watt sony amp

Never had a problem…

Of course my other car has 4 kicker L7′s.. which requires a bit more than a walmart amp kit..

Trust me that kit at walmart will work fine. I can guarantee it!

Its a great price too!
