The Gyros Fiberglass Reinforced Cut Off Wheels (Fiber Disks™), utilize revolutionary abrasive technologies to meet your requirements with the highest grade of quality. The company offers three distinct formulations that can be used with all Dremel type rotary tools – each having their own special formula for the specific materials being cut. All the three types of cut off wheels have a double fiberglass reinforced structure, giving them great strength and resilience, resulting in prolonged life and breakage resistance. Furthermore, these wheels can withstand extended use without excessive sparking, premature wear or overheating of the material that is being cut.
Here are the three different forulations of Fiberglass Reinforced Cut Off Wheels that are being offered by the company:
Gyros Fiber Disks LT – These cut off wheels are designed to cut low tensile-strength materials like stone, plastic, glass, ceramic, copper, brass, aluminum and wood. They are available in size ranges from 1″ to 1.75″ diameter, with a 0.125″ (1/8″) center hole with 0.0313″ (1-32″) thickness.
Gyros Fiber Disks HT – These cut off wheels are designed to cut high tensile-strength materials like hard bronze, hardened and unhardened steel, and steel alloys . They are available in size ranges from 1.5″ to 2.5″ diameter, with 0.125″ (1/8″) and 0.25″ (1/4″) center holes with 0.0313″ (1/32″) thickness.
