Where can you buy copper wire?
I need to buy a small amount (say 30 – 50cm) of copper wire for a science assignment. I am in Australia. Where can I buy this. Thanks
All I need it for is to wrap around a magnet to create electricity. Are there any other metals that can do this?
In the U.S., we’d go to Home Depot. Even a hardware store will have it. And you do need copper to make an electromagnet.
