Cold air intake-$20-$50. i use Spectrum(AutoZone) air filters plus a hood scoop for better all around performance and save gas mileage-10-20 HP , 2 MPG
Performance Chip-$20-$600. plug and play. instantly get 20-100 HP. Ebay is loaded with the $20 chips.
