Will this diet work and how much weight could i lose?
for breakfast i eat something like a bowl of granola and skim milk, then for lunch i have a protein bar and a bottle of water or a Fuse drink and for dinner just a small portion of whatever we are having. For snacks i eat like veggie chips or white popcorn or fruit. im also going to run at least a mile every other day. btw im 13

Your just 13 and your worried about your weight…?, Listen, at your age I think it awesome that your watching what you eat but your so young, my suggestion is just be active. Play a sport, go for walks, go for hikes and just have fun. Im pretty sure with that diet you will lose weight. 5 small meals also works. Just eat healthy and take it easy on the junk food.
