I am looking for a Blue Merle Border collie breeder in Ontario?
I am looking for Blue Merle Border collie Breeders Close to Toronto or Niagara falls. Does anyone know any? maybe do they have a website?
Blue merle is not a common colour bred in Border Collies.
Merle breeding is tricky to begin with, as well as the preferred colouring is the traditional black/white, or liver/white.
Merle is not preferred in BCs due to the way they herd. The “sharper” (black/white) colouring, and features (such a pricked ears) are more intimidating to the sheep, and thereby make for a more effective herder.
Although, I do share your fascination with the colouring/marking. One day I too hope that a blue merle BC will come my way.
I know that there are some in my current BC’s lines (from Ontario), but to my knowledge they are not yet breeding.

You can try checking websites for a blue merle breeding.
However, if colouring is (for some reason) your only criteria when choosing a pup. Go ahead and search kijiji or nextdaypets.com or any such website. Although don’t expect a well-bred specimen.
