How can I make sure I don’t get sick?
I am taking this glassblowing class where we have to share blowpipes – nobody stops to disinfect the pipe between when you and your partner blow, really. So my partner blew, then I had to blow. It wouldn’t be a huge deal, but my partner has a bit of a cold. I don’t want to risk getting a cold – I have a big weekend coming up. What can I do to make sure I don’t get sick now?
Get full nights of sleep, take extra vitamin C maybe some echinacea (sp?), lots of fluids. And don’t stress over anything too much. That should do it on your immune system’s side
