Can someone tell me what kind of video player are on sites such as youtube and how to create them?
You see them all over now in blogs etc, the video players in a grey bevelled box. Like the following, with play symbols on the first frame:

I guess it’s flash, but as a flash user myself i don’t think you can export directly to this kind of player.
