Would you rather be thin and restrict your eating or be chunky and enjoy all food?
Basically those are your two choices. Would you rather be thin and look good (not sickly) but eat quite a restricted diet (no sodas, no deserts, small portions etc) or be chunky but allow yourself everything that you feel like eating or crave?
Today’s world is all about appearances and what’s on the outside, so I guess I’d have to sacrifice what I love to be loved.
